USV India approached us to explore a product concept for an internal platform that empowers business teams to make faster, smarter decisions based on field-level reporting. We collaborated closely during the discovery phase to map user roles, data flows, and strategic needs in partnership with Cognis. The envisioned system would allow on-ground teams to input competitive intelligence, local market dynamics, and performance insights—giving leadership a real-time view for agile decision-making. The initial exploration laid the foundation for a purpose-built tool to outpace competition by turning grassroots inputs into strategic action.
